With the widespread global pandemic created by the COVID-19 virus, our lives have been turned upside down. The change has been dramatic and for many of us, it has been almost overnight.
While you used to go out to work and see family and friends, you now find yourself living a life that is almost entirely at home and you are either around family 24 hours a day or perhaps you are feeling very isolated because you live alone.
Our whole "normal" way of life is disrupted and it can feel challenging to take care of the health of our bodies, minds, and spirits.
I believe self-care is always important but it is CRITICAL right now so I've created a new offering of 21 Days of Self-Care for Challenging Times.
This series is perfect for you if you are feeling/experiencing the following:
- emotional (fearful, sad, angry, depressed, etc)
- feeling spacey or having a hard time thinking clearly
- constantly feeling up and down (and all over the place...)
- pain and other symptoms in your body
- knowing you need to take care of yourself but struggling with WHAT to do
What IS the 21 Days?
When you sign up, you will be part of a private Facebook community where each day I will provide 1 simple tool or strategy for self-care that you will use that day. These are things that will take a few minutes each day (or possibly maybe 5-8 minutes for a guided meditation) but will have a big impact.
The goal is to give you new ways to help calm down your body, make you feel more comfortable and get you through this time.
While it can feel challenging right now to think of WHAT to do for yourself, this 21 day series will take away the decision-making fatigue and give you something quick and easy to do to help yourself right now!
Some of the ideas will even be things you can use with your kids if you are a mom so it's a great resource for you there as well!
And being part of the Facebook community gives you just that--community with other like-minded people who are focusing on ways to take better care of themselves right now too!

When: We begin Monday April 13- I will post in the group by 11AM each day your tool for the day
