You are likely familiar with the idea that sleep is important for your health.

The session will be on Thursday June 17 at 5pm pacific time and will last for about 75 minutes.
I will begin with a short mini lectuer on some different ways to support more restful sleep (including some foods that are great for more restful sleep) and then we will dive into the group healing.
