But I've tried so many things...

You may have tried many things to resolve your pain and discomfort caused by an autoimmune condition, fibromyalgia or other chronic pain condition but the problem is that you have probably spent a lot of time focusing on the physical body.

What you may or may not be aware of is that the pain you are experiencing likely didn't start at the physical level but instead it has its roots in mental, emotional, and energetic causes.

For the past 13 years working with clients, I have observed how most approaches to healing chronic conditions focus primarily on the PHYSICAL body-- from changing what you eat, to adding in supplements, to addressing structural issues and causes behind pain.

But because the level of causation is higher than just your physical body (the physical level is actually the last level that things start at!), the roots of the pain cannot just be resolved at that level.

Instead, to see the results you want, we must address them at these other layers- the mental, the energetic, and the emotional.

Here Is a Look at Exactly What We Will Cover in Our Time Together:

We will dive into helping shift your body out of fight-or-flight mode and into healing mode. You may or may not be aware that stress contributes to pain and other symptoms. By helping create a balanced nervous system, you will begin to feel relief from your symptoms.

During this week, you will also learn several simple tools that you can quickly use when you are experiencing pain or discomfort to help you relax and feel better.

Because your chronic pain issues likely didn't start at the physical level, in this week, we will explore the role of your mind and the thoughts you think in keeping you stuck and in pain.

Together, we will explore what you have been believing is possible in terms of your healing and, using the powerful and effective tool of hypnosis, I will help you begin to reprogram your mind with new empowering beliefs about healing!

We will use visualizations and other tools to support the process as well.

 

You will learn more about the role that your emotions and past traumas play in your pain and discomfort. More importantly you will learn tools to help begin to release the stored emotions and trauma from your body so you can continue to experience less pain.
