Have an audience of women who are ready to break free of generational cycles of over-giving, self-sacrifice and people pleasing?
Looking for a speaker who can help women become their Unapologetic Selves?

Speaking/Media and Events/Podcasts
I would love to speak to your audience and offer practical knowledge about the survival patterns driving people pleasing and self-sacrifice, as well as to empower them with how to begin to shift and heal these trauma-based patterns so they can reclaim their health, joy, and vitality.
About Me
I’m a certified hypnotist, energy healer, and the creator of The Unapologetically Me Movement... a sacred rebellion against burnout, self-sacrifice, people pleasing, and generational patterns of over-giving.
My mission is deeply personal, because these patterns cost one of the most important women in my life, my mother, her life. Last year she died due to kidney failure. Her lifelong pattern of self-sacrifice, of putting everyone else first, and not prioritizing her own health ultimately took a toll on her body. Watching that broke something open in me... and clarified my purpose. I’m here to help women break those same patterns before it costs them their health, identity, or joy.
As a speaker, I bring truth-telling, science-backed insight, and a bold, compassionate energy that wakes women up to their power... without shame or guilt. My talks are more than inspirational—they're activations.

Signature Keynote Topic #1: The Embodied No: Rewiring Your Nervous System to Set Guilt-Free Boundaries
Many women know they need better boundaries... but their body flinches, freezes, or fawns the moment they try. This talk dives deep into the nervous system's role in people-pleasing, boundary collapse, and the physical symptoms of chronic over-giving.
Through stories, somatic wisdom, and nervous system education, I help women understand why saying “no” has never felt safe... and how to rewire their system to finally mean it.
Key Takeaways:
-
The 4 nervous system survival patterns (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) and how they shape your boundaries
-
Why people-pleasing isn’t a mindset problem—it’s a trauma response
-
How to shift from collapse or compliance into calm, embodied power
-
Somatic tools and scripts to begin practicing “no” with safety, clarity, and confidence
-
Why regulating your nervous system is the missing link in boundary work
Perfect for audiences who are burned out, overextended, and tired of betraying themselves to keep the peace.
Signature Keynote Topic #2: Stop Saying Sorry: How Over-Apologizing Sabotages Your Power (and How to Reclaim It)
Women have been conditioned to apologize for everything... from just existing to expressing needs. But over-apologizing isn’t just a habit... it’s a survival pattern tied to nervous system fawning, generational trauma, and patriarchal conditioning.
In this powerful talk, I unpack the cultural, emotional, and biological roots of the “sorry spiral” and guide women to shift into more empowered, direct, and honest communication.
Key Takeaways:
-
The real reason women over-apologize... and why it’s not your fault
-
The difference between healthy accountability and self-erasure
-
How chronic apologizing weakens your authority, credibility, and self-trust
-
Reframes and replacement language to speak with clarity and self-respect
-
How breaking this habit heals your nervous system, relationships, and self-worth
This talk is ideal for leadership, wellness, or women’s empowerment events looking to inspire bold, embodied communication.
Signature Keynote Topic #3: Healing the Burnout Body: The Hidden Link Between People-Pleasing and Chronic Health Issues
There’s a reason your body is breaking down... and it’s not just stress. It’s the emotional and energetic cost of constantly ignoring your own needs to care for others.
This talk is a wake-up call for every woman who has normalized exhaustion, pain, autoimmune issues, or burnout as “just life.” Through the lens of mind-body healing and nervous system science, I reveal how self-abandonment manifests physically... and how reclaiming your energy is the first step to healing.
Key Takeaways:
-
The connection between unprocessed emotions, people-pleasing, and chronic illness
-
How over-giving dysregulates your nervous system and depletes your vitality
-
Signs your health issues are rooted in survival patterns, not just lifestyle
-
Practical ways to begin reclaiming your energy, time, and self-care without guilt
-
Why healing your body begins with honoring your no
Perfect for health, burnout recovery, wellness, or mind-body healing events where women are ready to stop sacrificing their bodies for approval or peacekeeping.
