Gratitude Meditation
Being in a state of gratitude is powerful!
Often we think gratitude has to be for big things but a daily practice of being grateful for everything-- our breath, our ability to see, hearing laughter, and all the little moments are equally powerful.
When we tap into gratitude it supports the health of our bodies, minds, and spirits.
