"Unleash Your Healing Potential": The Podcast

Unleash Your Healing Potential Podcast

About the Show:

Within each of our bodies is a tremendous healing potential.

Just like our bodies know how to heal when we cut ourselves, they also know how to heal bigger health issues, many of which we are led to believe by Western medicine are "permanent." However, sometimes things like trauma, stress, and environmental factors get in the way of that healing. Thus to truly heal, we need to find ways to unleash that healing potential again.

The show covers a variety of topics-- from the role of mindset in healing, to sharing stories of those who have healed from health issues labelled permanent by Western medicine, to interviews with guest experts who have knowledge outside of Lyn's expertise, to talking about some of the latest research into how our bodies work. Everything is focused on helping YOU to unleash the potential your body has to heal itself!

This podcast was formerly called "You Are Not Your Diagnosis" but has been changed to a new name to broaden the focus beyond just chronic illness related topics.

Lyn Delmastro-Thomson

About Lyn Delmastro-Thomson

Lyn Delmastro-Thomson is an energy medicine practitioner and intuitive healer, using the tools of BodyTalk and Body Intuitive. She is also a speaker and author of the Amazon Best Seller, You Are Not Your Diagnosis. Lyn holds a master’s degree in somatic psychology and has completed additional specialized training in biofeedback, therapeutic yoga, and Reiki.

After being misdiagnosed with leukemia at the age of 25, Lyn became passionate about sharing with the world her message that just because a doctor has said an illness is “chronic” or “incurable” doesn’t mean that it has to be a life sentence, and that western medicine isn’t the only approach to healing. When we explore other holistic options, true healing, rather than symptom management, can occur.

Through her one-on-one work with clients over the past eight years, Lyn has helped hundreds of women reclaim their lives and health after receiving a life-changing health diagnosis. Many of her clients have been able to decrease or eliminate certain prescription medications,  as well as increase their energy and stamina.
